Returns & Exchanges

At Epharma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Epharma account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
